Your birth experience matters. As your Birth Doula, my primary responsibility is the non-medical support (physical and emotional) of the birthing person and their partner. Through assistance in planning, guidance to evidence based informational resources, comfort measures in labour, encouragement, empowerment and advocacy, I commit to being on your team and by your side throughout your unique birthing experience.
